Easthill Outdoors archery program has been designed to teach the archer the fundamentals of the sport including safety, technique, and equipment knowledge while in a fun and safe atmosphere. Archers will improve skills, make connections, and enhance self-esteem and confidence.
This 5 week program runs from November 11 to December 9 starting at 10am to 11am. The goal for each archery lesson is to improve personal score, be comfortable scoring, have knowledge of equipment, and know what style of shooting they prefer.
The lessons will offer instruction on safety, equipment, and proper form. Archers will play archery related games such as shooting at balloons, Tic-Tac-Toe, and closest to the centre. Introduction to scoring and tournament rules and etiquette leading up to the tournament during the last lesson. Archers may bring their own equipment or they can use the equipment provided. To progress to the intermediate lessons archers must be able to shoot an average score of 100/300 (30 arrows at 20 yards) and own equipment.

This 5 week intermediate level archery program offers the opportunity to enhance archers form, challenge archers mentality and fitness. Lessons will be taught by certified and qualified level 2 and level 1 instructors. The program will run every Sunday with the first lesson on November 12th and the last lesson on December 10th from 9:30am to 11am. The minimum number of archers required to run this program is 5 the maximum number of archers is 10. Archers must be 12 years of age or older and have their own equipment.
