How to Prepare
- Remove skewers from package and pat dry
- Season with sea salt and pepper
- Lightly coat skewers with oil to avoid sticking to grill
- Place skewers on Med-heat grill, turning every 60 seconds to achieve an overall cooked skewer
- Chef's Tip: Brush on your favourite sauce for added taste. Ours is Pesto
