Once they are in the hands of the shipper, we can no longer be held liable for damages done to the products in transit or delivery. The customer assumes the risk of damage, and a claim must be filed with the shipping company if damages occur. If the products leak in transit, they will not be delivered to you as per the guidelines of Canada Post and UPS. No refund will be granted by Easthill Outdoors in the event that you do not receive your products due to damages during transit.
